Brand Basics Checklist

A simple check for message, logo use, typography, color, imagery, proof, and tone before campaigns or redesigns.

Use this when the business feels inconsistent across the website, social, proposals, email, and sales conversations.

Start with the message. Can your team explain what you do, who it helps, why it matters, and what makes the approach different without sounding generic?

Check visual consistency: logo spacing, color use, type hierarchy, image style, button style, icon style, and how proof is presented.

Check voice consistency: directness, vocabulary, claims, promises, and how you explain tradeoffs. A brand loses trust when the tone changes from page to page.

Brand basics are not decoration. They reduce confusion and make every future page, offer, and sales conversation easier to understand.
