Start with the first screen. Can someone understand what you do, who it is for, and what to do next in five seconds? If not, fix the message before touching the design.

Check every key page for one clear primary action, visible contact paths, proof that earns trust, readable mobile spacing, and content that answers real buyer questions.

Look at performance after the message is clear. Slow pages, oversized media, layout shifts, and weak accessibility all reduce trust before someone ever contacts you.

Do not rebuild because you are bored with the site. Rebuild when the structure, content, or technical foundation is blocking real business outcomes.
